This course is for qualified candidates pursuing the American Heart Association instructor pathway for BLS and/or Heartsaver courses. Candidates must hold a current provider-level certification in the discipline they plan to teach. The pathway includes required online instructor coursework, an in-person instructor training session, hands-on practice, teach-back evaluation, and required monitoring. American Heart saver Pediatric Course (Child & Infant)

The Heart saver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED course is HYBRID BLENDED designed to meet the regulatory requirements for childcare workers in all 50 United States. It teaches childcare providers and others to respond to and manage illnesses and injuries in a child or infant. This learning course combines online training of concepts and knowledge with a face-to-face skills session which you do hands-on practice in front of an instructor. This $325 hybrid HSI Instructor Training course includes the required HSI Instructor Development Course (online) and a four-hour in-person instructor-training session with skills demonstration and teach-back.
